Data privacy and protection

We maintain a Global Privacy Program that undergoes regular enhancements aimed to safeguard stakeholder privacy and maintain compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • We conduct assessments by Internal Audit as well as external auditors depending on the legal entity and product.

  • Employees who inappropriately disclose or otherwise misuse confidential information may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
